Our client is a fast-growing fintech and payment solutions company providing innovative financial services and digital payment solutions to clients globally and are currently looking to recruit a Payments Reconciliation & Data Analyst to join their team in Limassol.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform daily reconciliation of payment transactions across multiple banking partners and payment providers.
- Investigate and resolve reconciliation discrepancies.
- Analyze payment flows and identify trends, anomalies, and operational improvements.
- Prepare reconciliation reports and management dashboards.
- Work closely with Operations, Compliance, Finance, and Technology teams.
- Support month-end reporting and audit requirements.
- Help improve reconciliation processes through automation and data analysis.
Requirements
- Experience in payments, fintech, banking, or financial services.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel (Power Query and Pivot Tables are a strong advantage).
- Experience with SQL, Power BI, or other data analytics tools is considered a plus.
- High attention to detail and ability to manage large datasets.
- Strong communication skills in English.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with a dynamic international team.
