Our client is a Fintech company that offers a range of services that are designed to help marketing and finance startups grow. They are looking for an experienced payments professional to join their team based in Limassol as their Payments Manager.

The role will have responsibility for delivering the payments strategy and management of the PSP relationships. You will be someone who is passionate about driving improvement via in depth analysis.

Responsibilities:

  • Reporting to Senior Management, focusing on the Company’s payment strategy.
  • Monitoring and liaising with payment providers to maximize acceptance rate, reducing chargebacks whilst minimizing risk.
  • Analyzing daily performance by putting in place daily reporting.
  • Improving the cashier and searching for new payment solutions through competitor analysis as well as personal research.
  • Liaising with the Product Team to prioritize the payments road map.
  • Being the main point of contact during onboarding, providing documents and integration of new payment services.
  • Actively involved in negotiations with the aim of reduce payment provider fees.
  • Managing supplier relationships, including payment providers, fraud, or other providers.
  • Providing the necessary training to the team following the roll-out of new methods and/or new features.
  • Assist in resolving technical issues, managing bugs, and supporting internal product and tech teams throughout various stages by daily monitoring.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience within a similar position within Payments;
  • Sound knowledge of the various payment methods available and the respective acceptance by market.
  • Experienced in cashier integrations as well as payment provider integrations.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Tools 
  • Self-motivated and someone who does not shy away from taking ownership and responsibilities in a challenging environment.
  • A positive, ‘can-do’ attitude.
  • Work independently as well as part of a team, whilst managing various tasks.
