The company provides management services to international real estate developers and investors who focus on the UK market and they have their financial headquarters in Nicosia. They provide all back-office services for bookkeeping, accounting, financial control, banking activities, HR, payroll, finance and support for funding applications, overheads management and company secretarial services to a wide range of clients based in Cyprus and UK. They are looking for a Payments and Supply Chain Officer. This role is ideal for a payments professional who is ready to join a team, enhance operational processes, and foster collaboration across departments. In addition to handling critical payments processing responsibilities, the candidate will work closely with the payments team to ensure seamless financial transactions and report to the Chief Financial Officer directly.
Responsibilities:
- Process payments and oversee financial transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, refunds, and chargebacks.
- Collaborate closely with the payments team to resolve complex transaction issues and enhance workflows
- Maintaining records, reconciling accounts,
- Working closely with the accounting department and cost/revenue controllers,
- Manage and oversee all supply chain and payment processes within the organization.
- Identify and implement improvements to existing operational processes for increased efficiency in the supply chain
- Collaborating with other teams to improve customer satisfaction and streamline processes.
- Strong communication, attention to detail, and customer-focused problem-solving skills.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year experience in the Payments industry.
- Understanding of back office and payments operations, including client lifecycle management and financial transaction processing.
- Experience collaborating with payments teams and handling chargebacks and refunds.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in using back-office systems and tools (CRM, payment gateways, etc.).
- The candidate should be fluent in English Language
Working hours:
- The working hours are 9:00 to 18:00 Monday to Friday, with an hour lunch break (onsite role)
