Our client, a Legal and Financial Services Company, is looking to hire a Corporate Administrator for their office in Limassol. This is a replacement to their administrator who will be soon on maternity. It is a one-year contract (permanent job can be considered after the contract’s expiration.

Responsibilities:

  • Companies’ incorporations
  • Companies’ administration 
  • Communication and assistance of clients, associates, accountants/auditors and backs
  • bank account opening for legal and physical persons
  • registration of legal entities and individuals with the inland revenue and other.

Requirements:

  • Fluency in Greek and English
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role
  • Good time management skills

Working hours:

  • The working hours are 8.00 to 17.00 with one-hour lunch break (onsite role)
