Our client is a New B2B dental supplier company and an international partner in the dental market based in Nicosia seeking a candidate to maintain the office and offer customer and logistic support.
The company is new to Cyprus; therefore a trusted, reliable and proactive individual is required to join their team.
This is a part time role from 9am-2pm and you will be responsible for the office activities reporting to the CEO.
For the start you will be alone in the office until a team is onboarded . The CEO travels constantly and will be in Cyprus periodically , so communicating and updating online will be key.
Responsibilities:
- Handle all office duties, calls and correspondence.
- Execute logistic requisitions as received from customers
- Communicate with the customers and sales agents
- Customer support
- Accomplish the result by performing the duty
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
- Prepare quotations, up to the invoice stage for customers
- Carry out any administrative task as needed
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills in Greek and English
- Very good computer skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, other software)
- Ability to communicate with and drive engagement on agenda with multiple stakeholders
- Must be a results-oriented 'change agent' who is an effective business systems thinker

- Monday – Friday, 9am – 2pm
