Our client is a Limassol based Real Estate company who are currently looking to recruit an experienced Operations Manager to organize and control the daily operations of the company. The successful candidate will ensure that our business is well-coordinated and productive by managing its procedures and coaching its people.

The area of responsibility for this role is very wide and thus requires thorough knowledge of various company processes in the real estate. The ideal candidate must be competent and able to plan many different kinds of operational activities. They must be an excellent leader who can discover the most efficient ways to run the business.


  • Liaise with founders to make decisions for operational activities and set strategic goals
  • Plan and monitor the day-to-day running of business to ensure smooth progress
  • Supervise staff from admin, sales and marketing departments and provide constructive feedback
  • Evaluate regularly the efficiency of each department according to KPI
  • Manage all going-on office activities
  • Lead the networking and relationship with the market main players (developers, investors, other agents) and expand company’s presence on the market
  • Ensuring signing service agreements with market players
  • Develop company brand on the market
  • Budgeting and make regular management and financial reports, adjusting operational budgets to promote profitability
  • Staff training (consultants, marketing team) and motivating
  • Ensure that the company runs with legality and conformity to established regulations
  • Active involvement in day by day consulting services of the company

Requirements and skills:

  • Proven experience as Operations Manager or equivalent position
  • Experience as a senior person in real estate, marketing at least 3 years
  • Excellent organizational and leadership abilities
  • Outstanding communication and people skills
  • Knowledge of real estate legal rules and guidelines
  • In depth knowledge of consulting business (e.g. agency, investments, marketing etc)
  • Working knowledge of data analysis and performance/operation metrics
  • Familiarity with MS Office and various business software (e.g. CRM)
  • BSc/BA in business administration or relevant field; MSc/MA will be a plus
