This Payment Solutions Company in Limassol belongs to a group of very innovative companies with excellent benefits and they are looking for an Onboarding Specialist with experience with corporate clients onboarding in a fintech company.

Responsibilities: 

  • Collect and Review Merchants’ onboarding documentation 
  • Resolve screening results from world check and other screening platforms 
  • Review AML and onboarding Flags and be able to resolve and/or take decision 
  • Communicate with Clients for the onboarding requirements and the on-going review of the account 
  • Lead calls with leads and present the findings to the relevant Operation teams 
  • Perform reporting on a regular and ad hoc basis 
  • Review Risk and AML scoring results and assign the relevant categorization to the clients following the Onboarding and AML procedures 
  • Use templates and scripts for communication with the clients 
  • Work closely with the AML, Risk, Sales, Monitoring, Support, Compliance and RnD departments   
  • Follow the existing procedures and suggest improvements where there is a need based on clients’ feedback
  • Fill ISR reports where relevant 
  • Keep clients records up to date and update when needed  
  • Maintain the relationship with clients and partners 
  • Perform ad-hoc tasks 

Requirements:

  • 2-3 years of experience in corporate clients onboarding 
  • Experience with corporate clients onboarding in a fintech is a must, preferably in the payments industry
  • AML Certifications will be considered an advantage 
  • Experience in onboarding corporate clients in the payments industry will be considered an advantage 
  • Team player 
  • English at a fluent or native level 
  • Excellent Communication skills 

Working hours:

  • The working hours are Monday to Thursday 8 hours flexible from 7-9am. And Friday 9am, until 4pm (onsite role)

Salary:

  • The company is offering a salary 2,000 – 3,000 Euros gross (for more experienced candidates) based on skills and experience (12 salaries).
