Our client is the owner of Regus offices (shared office space) in Aradipou/ Larnaca. They are looking for an Office Secretary.

The Executive Office Assistant will be responsible for running the day to day activities of the office, such as: 

  • Being a Personal assistant and a virtual assistant.
  • Booking meeting rooms
  • Helping our foreign clients translation services and day to day tasks on opening accounts, paying bills, setting up meeting.
  • If they have book keeping background it’s a bonus.
  • Upkeep the cleanliness of the office at all times.
  • Opening and closing the office. 

The candidate should be:

  • Fluent in English and in Greek.
  • Live in Larnaca
  • Have there own vehicle in order to drive to meeting and drop things off

Benefits:

Salary around EUR 1,600 per month

Working Hours:

Working hours: 8am -5pm
