Our client is an established and well known Property Administration Company who is looking for an office secretary based in the center of Limassol.

Key characteristics required:

  • Telephone customer service
  • Perform under pressure
  • Manage and coordinate the right people to resolve technical issues of problems (plumbers, contractors, etc.)
  • Creating and maintaining records
  • Archiving, team work

Qualities:

  • Collaborative, consistent, willing to help.

Skillset:

  • Very good knowledge or Excel, Word, 
  • Basic knowledge of accounting will be highly appreciated (for entering invoices, etc.), Knowledge of Greek and English language is a must.

Benefits :

  • 1200 Net monthly + 13th salary

Working Hours:

  • 9am-6pm Monday - Friday
