Our client is an established and well known Property Administration Company who is looking for an office secretary based in the center of Limassol.
Key characteristics required:
- Telephone customer service
- Perform under pressure
- Manage and coordinate the right people to resolve technical issues of problems (plumbers, contractors, etc.)
- Creating and maintaining records
- Archiving, team work
Qualities:
- Collaborative, consistent, willing to help.
Skillset:
- Very good knowledge or Excel, Word,
- Basic knowledge of accounting will be highly appreciated (for entering invoices, etc.), Knowledge of Greek and English language is a must.
Benefits :
- 1200 Net monthly + 13th salary
