Our client is an established healthcare clinic based in Limassol and they are currently looking to recruit an Office Manager & H.R Officer.  

Skills:

  • Any Diploma or Certificate in Business Management, H.R. Management, Secretarial Studies would be an advantage.
  • Solid work experience as an office manager, administrator, human resource manager or any relevant position
  • Fully competent with Windows, Microsoft Office, internet and social media
  • Fluency in Greek and English language
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.  
  • Manage time effectively, prioritizing tasks and able to work to deadlines.
  • A hands-on approach to solving problems.
  • An outgoing attitude and excellent communication skills, both written and spoken
  • Capable of working on their own initiative and under pressure
  • Team player

Job description: 

  • Responsible for the smooth operation of the Clinic and the proper management of the Clinic staff.
  • Implementation of the Quality System in the Clinic, as well as the operation, maintenance and improvement of the Quality System based on the ISO 9001:2015 standard. Conduct internal audits in all departments.
  • Ensure the high levels of quality and patient satisfaction. Monitoring and dealing with patients' needs and expectations. Handling customer complains.
  • Human resource management 
  • Planning conferences, workshops, seminars and other events
  • Ensure Health and Safety standards are implemented.

Company benefits:

  • Salary based on skills and experience up to 2500 Euros gross .
  • + 13th salary.
  • Monday to Friday from 8:00 am to 16:30  
  • Annual bonus based on performance.
