Our client is an International financial services company is looking for an Office Manager to be based at their offices in Limassol.

The company focuses on bookkeeping, reporting, reconciliation, financial planning and analysis, and financial consultancy.

Duties & Responsibilities:  

  • Oversee daily office operations to ensure efficiency and smooth workflow. 
  • Manage office supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships. 
  • Coordinate schedules, meetings, and travel arrangements for staff and executives. 
  • Supervise administrative staff and delegate tasks as needed. 
  • Maintain office policies, procedures, and compliance with regulations. 
  • Handle correspondence, documentation, and record-keeping. 
  • Assist with budgeting, expense tracking, and invoice processing. 
  • Support HR functions such as onboarding, interviews, corporate events etc. 
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications. 
  • Foster a positive, organized, and professional office environment. 

Requirements: 

  • University Degree in a related field will be considered an advantage. 
  • Excellent command of the English language, both verbal and written. 
  • Relevant prior experience of at 1-2 years. 
  • Knowledge of Greek language will be considered an advantage. 
  • Good organizational, administrative, and operational skills. 
  • Excellent communication and people skills. 
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office software, with emphasis on Excel. 
  • Accuracy, reliability, and accountability. 
  • Familiarity with office management procedures.
