Our client, a Global Online Beauty Company, is opening an office in Nicosia, and they are looking for an Office Administrator to join their team. 

Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and greet guests
  • Answer and direct incoming calls 
  • Retrieve mail, packages and documents
  • Listen and respond to guest queries and requests
  • Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email
  • Update calendars and schedule meetings
  • Organise various documents in electronic forms and communicate relevant information
  • Assisting with a variety of administrative tasks including copying, faxing and taking notes
  • Maintain a positive, productive relationship with clients and colleagues

Requirements: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or related field
  • Experience in a similar role
  • Strong computer literacy, with excellent MS Office 
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
  • Knowledge of Greek will be considered an advantage. 
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Good time-management skills

Working hours: 

  • Monday – Friday, 9am – 5pm with flexibility options
