A highly developed company that focuses on technology and mobile payments, based in Nicosia, is currently seeking to recruit a high caliber individual to join their rapidly growing global workforce in the role of Marketing Affiliate within the Partnerships Department.
Responsibilities:
You will help grow the affiliate program and trading revenues generated from affiliates significantly.
Working within the wider Partnership Team, you will identify and recruit new affiliate partnerships as well as performance manage existing affiliates.
Hunt for and convert new affiliate opportunities from across the globe
Negotiate rates, terms, and incentives
Meet specific KPIs set by management
Build and maintain relationships with high performing affiliates
Contribute to the success of global campaigns
Ongoing management of partner performance and fraud monitoring
Coordination of affiliate payouts
Take on new projects and initiatives that improve the Affiliate Program
Participate in affiliate events both in person and remotely
Physical presence is required
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role within the CFD/FX or crypto industry
Fluency in English both written and spoken
Excellent sales skills with the ability to find new opportunities
You must be self-motivated
Knowledge and understanding of regulations including FCA, ASIC and CySEC is an advantage.
Have a pleasant personality and strong commercial awareness
