Our client is a long-standing Cypriot family company specializing in Marble in Limassol. They are looking for a Machine Operator specializing in AutoCAD.
Job Description:
- As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining various types of machinery in a manufacturing or production setting.
- You will ensure the machinery operates efficiently, produce high-quality products, and adhere to safety guidelines
Responsibilities:
- Set up machines before each production run by adjusting settings, calibrating equipment, and loading materials
- Operate and monitor machines during production to ensure smooth operations and detect any malfunctions or defects
- Conduct regular quality checks on products to ensure they meet specifications and make necessary adjustments to maintain product quality
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others
- Perform routine maintenance tasks on machines, such as cleaning, lubricating, and changing parts, to ensure optimal performance
- Troubleshoot machine issues and perform minor repairs as needed
- Maintain accurate production records, including machine output, downtime, and quality control data
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production targets and deadlines
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience as a Machine Operator or similar role in a manufacturing or production environment
- Advantage if you have used an CNC Machine .
- MUST - Experience using AUTOCAD software
- Ability to operate different types of machinery and equipment
- Basic mechanical knowledge and troubleshooting skills
- Familiarity with safety protocols and guidelines for machine operation
- Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Physical stamina to stand, lift, and move heavy materials for extended periods
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Fluency in Greek and English
Benefits:
- 1200-1500 Gross Monthly depending on experience
- + 13th Salary
Working hours:
- Monday - Friday 7.30am - 4pm
