Our client, one of the Top 4 Accounting & Auditing firms, is expanding its internal IT Department in Nicosia and is looking to hire a Junior Software Developer / Technology Business Analyst.
The role will have a strong focus on Technology Business Analysis, working closely with internal stakeholders and development teams to understand business needs and translate them into effective technology solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather, analyse and document business and technical requirements.
- Translate business needs into user stories and functional specifications.
- Work closely with developers and internal stakeholders throughout projects.
- Support software development, testing, implementation and ongoing improvements.
- Identify opportunities for process automation and system improvements.
- Assist with UAT, troubleshooting and system integrations.
Requirements:
- 2–3 years of experience in Software Development, Business Analysis, Systems Analysis or a similar role.
- Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems or related field.
- Good understanding of software development and SDLC.
- Basic/intermediate programming and SQL knowledge.
- Familiarity with APIs, databases and Agile methodologies is an advantage.
- Strong analytical, communication and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent command of English & Greek.
- Ability to work fully onsite in Nicosia.
