Our client in Limassol is a service company to several forex brands having different licenses and they are focused on payments. They are looking to recruit Junior Payment Specialist who wants to learn and to grow with the company. We are looking for a dedicated and energetic candidate to join their fast-paced operations team.
This role is essential in supporting real-time deposit flows, maintaining seamless payment experiences for our clients, and collaborating with internal teams and PSPs to ensure optimal performance of all payment channels. It’s a startup company and a demanding environment, so they are looking for someone who is very dedicated and flexible, and wanting to make a success of the company.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor Real-Time Deposits: Actively track deposit activity and ensure successful processing across all payment methods.
- Client Payment Support: Provide timely and accurate updates to internal teams regarding the status of client payments and transaction issues.
- PSP Communication: Liaise directly with Payment Service Providers (PSPs) to address processing issues, escalations, and downtime notifications.
- Payment Method Management: Ensure all payment methods are functioning correctly. Report malfunctions, identify root causes, and coordinate solutions promptly.
- System Updates & Maintenance: Add, remove, or update payment methods in line with operational or technical changes, ensuring consistency across platforms.
- Technical Issue Reporting: Notify relevant teams of any disruptions or errors with payment providers, and follow up on resolution timelines.
- Proactive Issue Resolution: Anticipate problems before they impact clients and take immediate action to ensure continuous service availability.
