Our client, a Law Firm in Limassol, is looking to hire a Junior Lawyer with a background in corporate and contract law.
Responsibilities:
- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial and corporate contracts
- Providing legal advice on corporate governance, compliance, and regulatory issues
- Supporting due diligence processes and corporate transactions
- Liaising with clients and external legal counsel
- Conducting legal research and preparing internal memos or client correspondence
- Assisting in the preparation and review of legal documents for company structures, shareholder agreements, and board resolutions
Requirements:
- A degree in Law and membership in the Cyprus Bar Association
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in corporate and/or commercial law
- Strong analytical and drafting skills
- Excellent command of English and Greek (spoken and written)
- A proactive and team-oriented mindset
Working hours:
- The working hours are Monday to Thursday 8:30 am – 5:30 pm and Friday 8:30 am - 2:30 pm (onsite).
