Our client is a Service Solutions Provider offering end-to-end support across compliance, operations, financial management, and back-office/verification services for various industries and are currently recruiting for a Junior Back Office Associate to join the team at their Limassol offices.

About the Role:

  • We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Junior Back Office Associate to join our team.
  • This role involves managing administrative processes, supporting financial transactions, ensuring compliance checks, and maintaining smooth coordination with other departments.
  • The ideal candidate is proactive, reliable, and eager to grow in an operational and compliance-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process and verify data accurately in the CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system
  • Handle bank transaction deposits with TISS and ensure timely updates in records
  • Conduct KYC (Know Your Customer) document verification and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Perform Adverse Media Screening checks to identify potential risks
  • Support the preparation and updating of reports, files, and documentation
  • Communicate with other departments to identify and correct CRM transaction discrepancies
  • Maintain accurate databases, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with company policies
  • Assist with compliance checks and other administrative procedures
  • Perform general back-office support tasks as required

Requirements

  • Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Familiarity with CRM software
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Problem-solving mindset with willingness to learn
  • Previous experience with CRM systems, TISS transactions, KYC processes, or compliance checks is an advantage, but not mandatory
