Our client is an online broker in Limassol.  On their platform you are able to trade in more than 26 countries and you have access to 120 stocks worldwide. Clients can invest independently in shares, options, etc.   

As an Italian speaking Customer Support Agent you will be responsible for maintaining relationships with Italian clients, delivering high-quality service, and ensuring an excellent customer experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide client support via phone, email, and chat, addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
  • Handle requests such as account openings, data updates, and various transactions.
  • Collaborate with internal departments (compliance, operations) to meet client needs.
  • Promote products and services, identifying cross-selling opportunities.
  • Update the CRM system with relevant client interactions and information.

Requirements: 

  • Native Italian speaker with excellent communication skills.
  • Customer-oriented mindset and strong problem-solving skills.
  • Passionate about IT and possesses strong computer skills.
  • Experience in a customer service or customer relations role is a plus.
  • Good organizational skills and ability to multitask.
  • Team player with the ability to work independently.
  • Located in Limassol area

Working hours:

  • The working hours are Monday to Friday 09:00 to 18:00 or 09:30 to 18:30 (onsite role)
