Our client is an established and profitable online casino company with an experienced leadership team who have spun out from major household gambling operators.

They are now looking for an IT Support Engineer to be the main point of contact for all corporate IT tasks and issues in the company. As part of a highly successful SME, candidates will get the opportunity to branch out and acquire knowledge by supporting other business domains like data engineering, customer operations and product development.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage Azure AD and Office 365
  • Manage Microsoft Intune, Microsoft Defender for Cloud, VPN applications and cloud servers
  • Install and configure computer software
  • Provide technical support to staff (including overseas and remote)
  • Access mapping and management of all technical systems
  • Implement IT security best-practices
  • Increase IT security awareness through training and monitoring
  • Coordinate software and hardware procurement
  • Manage the company’s IT inventory

Goals:

  • Acquire knowledge of all technical systems and data stores. 
  • Highlight security concerns and implement corrective actions
  • Manage and maintain accesses from onboarding to departure
  • Support staff on all IT matters including weekend, holidays, and after-hours.
  • Support various projects from an IT and technical perspective
  • Maintain and update internal IT policies and Code of Conduct

Requirements:

  • At least 1 year experience in a similar role, working with Azure AD, Microsoft Intune, and supporting corporate applications.
  • Troubleshooting and critical thinking.
  • Hands-on, solution focused mind-set
  • Creating accurate and user-friendly documentation and guides.

  • In depth knowledge of Microsoft Azure ,Office 365, and cloud environments
  • In depth knowledge of operating systems
  • Hardware knowledge
  • Management and Security for networks and virtual machines
  • Experience with supporting cloud services and applications

Working hours:

  • The working hours are 09:00 – 18:00 with a 1-hour lunch break.
