- Additionally, we provide back-office support for service providers, including administrative assistance, payroll processing, document management, and specialized management training to strengthen decision-making and optimize performance.
Duties & Responsibilities
Technical Support & Troubleshooting
- Provide Level 2 support for Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, and related tools.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to user accounts, permissions, mail flow, collaboration tools, and security configurations.
- Analyse and resolve hardware, software, and network problems, ensuring prompt and efficient fixes.
- Support and maintain office IT equipment such as desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and VoIP phones.
System & Network Administration
- Manage user accounts, license assignments, and groups via Microsoft 365 Admin Centre and Azure Active Directory.
- Assist in the design, configuration, and deployment of network infrastructure components including routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless access points.
- Monitor network performance and address connectivity issues, bandwidth bottlenecks, and latency problems.
- Collaborate with IT infrastructure teams to ensure high availability and optimal performance of network services.
Maintenance & Documentation
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as software updates, patch management, and hardware upgrades.
- Maintain accurate inventory and documentation of IT assets, configurations, and access rights.
- Record troubleshooting steps, configuration changes, and solutions in the internal knowledge base.
Integration & Enhancement
- Support the integration of Microsoft 365 with other business applications and tools to improve productivity and collaboration.
Candidate Profile & Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; college diploma or university degree in Computer Studies, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field preferred.
- Proven experience as a Level 2 IT Specialist or similar role with hands-on Microsoft 365 administration.
- Strong understanding of the Microsoft 365 suite: Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, and Azure Active Directory.
- Experience with PowerShell scripting for Microsoft 365 management is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365 security, compliance, and governance features.
- Solid knowledge of IT systems and infrastructure, including Windows Server administration, virtualization, and backup solutions.
- Experience supporting and maintaining office IT equipment such as desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and network devices.
- Knowledge of networking fundamentals, identity management, and cloud infrastructure.
- Experience working with Apple devices (macOS, iOS, iPadOS).
- Fluency in Greek and English – both verbal and written.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical users.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to perform under pressure and maintain professionalism in fast-paced environments.
- Experience with ticketing systems and ITSM processes.
- Relevant certifications preferred (e.g., Microsoft 365 Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate, Enterprise Administrator Expert, CompTIA Server+, or equivalent).
