Our client a Real Estate Asset Management company in Nicosia is looking for an Interior Designer.
The company is one of the largest independent real estate asset management and advisory practices in the region with presence across Europe. The clients benefit from our ability to offer advice on the broadest range of services and solutions for private equity, financial institutions, public organizations, and institutional investors.
One of their subsidiaries is currently looking to hire an experienced Interior Designer to join their high-performing team in Nicosia. The successful individual will have the chance to participate in all interior design phases, such as apartment set up, organize logistics around onboarding process and optimize orders with suppliers.
Responsibilities:
- Manage styling of apartments/real estate assets to ensure designs meet brand standards.
- Support the creation of beautiful, functional designs daily based on company’s requirements.
- Find creative ways to bring our designs to life.
- Develop design presentations and proposals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments to improve design operation.
- Onboard new properties including liaison with owners and third-party contractors (e.g. suppliers etc.).
- Ensure timely delivery of each unit and operationally flawless condition of each property.
- Work on projects/activities as required.
Requirements:
- University degree in Interior Design or any other relevant discipline.
- Proven working experience in a similar role with administrative support on all phases of design projects.
- Ability and experience in AutoCAD will be considered as an advantage.
- Experience in designing mood boards will be considered as an advantage.
- Excellent command of the Greek and English languages, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent organization and time-management skills.
