Our client is a FX Broker based in Limassol and they are looking for a Hungarian speaking Back Office Officer to join their growing team.
Responsibilities:
- Processing and monitoring client account applications
- Reviewing and verifying KYC documentation in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements
- Updating and maintaining internal systems with detailed and accurate information
- Liaising with internal departments (Sales, Compliance, Finance) to ensure smooth operations
- Assisting clients with documentation requests and general account-related queries
- Identifying discrepancies and escalating issues when necessary
- Ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory frameworks
- Performing administrative and operational duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Languages: Native Hungarian. Must also be fluent in English
- University degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
- Previous experience in Back Office, KYC, Compliance, or a similar role within the financial sector will be considered an advantage
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Computer literate
- Ability to work in a highly dynamic environment
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- High work ethic and willingness to learn and develop
- The position involves residency in Limassol, Cyprus
