Our client is an International Tech Company in Limassol is looking for a Finance HR partner. This is a strategic HR role, partnering with the finance VPs and part of the HR finance team collaborating with company’s CFO and finance management. The Finance HR is responsible for implementing the HR strategy and best practices to support business goals and for the implementation of HR processes based on the HR calendar while providing consultancy to managers in HR related issues. This is a hybrid role.
Responsibilities:
- Implement the HR strategy and build work plans using standard methodologies to promote business goals.
- Provide consultancy to the management team on HR related issues
- You will be the HR partner who will promote people managers skills, performance improvement and professional development to people managers hire to retire.
- Perform ongoing organization analysis and implement organizational change programs driven form the business needs and challenges, in partnership with the BU
- Develop and facilitate team building programs, in collaboration with the Learning and OD BPs, working to define learning and development programs for managerial and professional capabilities' development.
- Support the managers with preparing and implementing communication plans as well as internal communication of changes and new initiatives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in Social Science or Behavioral science - must.
- Master degree in Human resource - preferable.
- Fluent in English. Greek skills are a plus
- 5+ years relevant HR work experience preferably in a global/international companies.
- Practical experience in supporting mangers and team in multiple locations, diverse business filed and practices (Sales, Delivery, R&D), PMIs.
- Practical knowledge the areas of employee management, employee relations, reward, employment law, organizational development and employee development/learning.
- To be a people person who can build great relationships and communicate with impact.
- Quick learner with independence: Demonstrates the ability to learn quickly and work independently.
- Positive and proactive attitude: Exhibits a positive and proactive attitude towards work.
- Works well under pressure: Capable of handling pressure and meeting deadlines.
- Adaptable to dynamic environments: Ability to work in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment.
Working Hours:
- The working days are Monday – Friday, 9am-6pm with an hour off.
- This is a hybrid role: working 3 days from the office and 2 from home.
