Our client, a Top 10 global accounting firm, is looking to hire an HR Officer for their offices in Limassol.

The Role:

  • Actively participate in the recruitment and selection process of the firm, by preparing job descriptions, posting adverts and managing the hiring process lifecycle (including participating in career fairs, conducting presentations, participating in promotional activities and external recruitment).
  • Actively participate in the employee on-boarding procedures. 
  • Maintain employees’ database and records, according to internal policies and legal requirements.
  • Actively participate in employee training and development activities and procedures.
  • Deal with staff welfare and administration-centered activities.
  • Develop, implement and review policies on issues such as working conditions, performance management, equal opportunities, disciplinary procedures and absence management.
  • Handle daily administration of the office and assist in various projects.
  • Provide support to other departments if needed. 
  • Any other ad hoc duty that might be required from time to time.

The Requirements:

  • University degree in Business Management, Human Resources Management or any other relevant degree.
  • A relevant postgraduate degree will be considered as a strong plus. 
  • 1-2 years of experience in the area of Human Resources Management.
  • Knowledge of Cyprus Employment Law. 
  • Fluency in both English and Greek language.
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office applications. 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
