This Prop Trading Services & Solutions Company in Limassol is looking for a Head of Marketing. The ideal person will be a hands-on, data-driven, and creative leader who will own every aspect of marketing from strategy to execution. This is a rare opportunity to build and scale a new global brand from the ground up. You’ll be responsible for crafting and executing the company’s marketing strategy across paid acquisition, content, and community, driving growth and engagement across multiple regions. Working 100% remotely is possible.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the company’s go-to-market and growth strategy
- Lead and optimize paid marketing campaigns (Google, Meta, TikTok, YouTube, affiliates, influencers)
- Build and manage a strong content strategy — social, blog, educational, and video formats
- Grow and engage the PIPCY trading community across Discord, Telegram, and X.
- Set clear KPIs, measure performance, and optimize campaigns for ROI.
- Collaborate with product and operations to align marketing with the user journey.
- Manage budgets, agencies, and freelancers effectively.
Requirements:
- At least 4+ years of experience in digital or growth marketing
- Proven experience in Paid Marketing, Content Creation, and Community Management
- Prior experience in the prop trading industry (or deep understanding of trading communities and trader behavior) is a strong advantage
- Demonstrated success in performance-driven environments (fintech, trading, gaming, or affiliate). Analytical mindset with the ability to turn insights into action
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Working hours:
- The working hours are 09:00 – 18:00, Monday to Friday
