Our client is a Forex Company based in Limassol and they are now recruiting for a dynamic individual to fulfill the role of Head of Back Office and Customer Service.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the department
  • Implementing internal procedures for the department.
  • Working closely with the Compliance and AML Officer 
  • Analyze on a constant basis the department activity, payment systems activity, suspicious activity, KYC, AML procedures etc.
  • Manage the processing and monitoring of all customer deposits and withdrawals in a timely manner.
  • Reporting suspicious transactions to the compliance department.
  • Provide support to the Finance department in regards to client payments, reconciliations, monthly and yearly reporting and any other tasks as required.
  • Liaise with other departments to escalate and resolve all client issues in a timely manner.
  • Identify and address problems and opportunities for improving systems, aiming to upscale department’s performance.
  • Answer client queries
  • Undertake reporting obligations related to Back-Office and Customer Support operations
  • Report to the Senior Management 
  • Monitoring the clients' assessment with regards to the knowledge, experience as well as the documents/information provided by the Client
  •  Undertaking additional duties as and when required.

Requirements: 

  • Experience as in a similar role is a must
  • AML certificate is a must
  • CySEC Advanced/Basic Certificate would be advantageous.
  • Knowledge of KYC principles & reconciliation of client funds.
  • Familiar with Sumsub will be considered a big advantage
  • Knowledge of MT4 /MT5 Platforms/Managers.
  • Additional languages would be advantageous.
  • English Proficiency
  • EU-citizenship

Working hours:

  • The working hours are 9am – 6pm, Monday to Friday
