This company in Larnaca is a Fintech company (Licensed Crypto Exchange platform) and they are looking for a Funding Operations Analyst.
Responsibilities:
- Basic KYC checks on incoming bank transfers
- Reconcile incoming bank transfers with our customer records
- Ensure the funding in the platform trading system account matches with bank and crypto transfers
- Flagging suspicious or non- matching transactions to our compliance department
Requirements:
- Previous experience in bank teller operations/client funding operations
- Anti-Money laundering experience
- Have a passion for solving customer issues in a fast-paced environment;
- Strong proficiency in written and spoken English;
- You are structured and process-oriented.
- You have the ability to learn new technologies quickly; Tech savvy
- Ability to multitask and work independently;
- Experience working with Zendesk or similar ticket management tool;
- Crypto experience is an advantage;
- Ability to communicate with customers to solve any questions.
Working hours:
- The working hours are 9am-5pm Monday to Friday (onsite). Occasionally needed weekend and public holiday coverage remotely.
