Our client is a reselling company based in Limassol specializing in providing solutions to the iGaming industry and they are looking to hire a Financial Controller to join their growing team.
Responsibilities:
- Organize and manage all finance and accounting operations as per the local Cyprus regulations and internal Back-office requirements.
- Be responsible for monthly invoicing and revenue calculations.
- Developing budgets and financial strategies on a need basis.
- Implement and efficient expense control process.
- Prepare various reports and financial statements.
- Support month-end and year-end close process.
- Ensure compliance with financial Cyprus regulations.
- Identifying and managing financial risks daily and formulating strategies for managing these risks for consideration by Company.
- Execute performance monitoring of the external accounting & payroll house.
- Liaise with external auditors.
- Organize and manage the documents flow, including collecting, classifying and archiving various internal documentation – contract with Clients, external service and other suppliers, other accounting and corporate documentation.
- Other office administration tasks.
Requirements:
- Very good knowledge of Cyprus tax & accounting legislation.
- Knowledge of IRFS & Consolidation.
- University Degree in Accounting or Finance.
- ACCA or other similar qualification would be a strong advantage.
- Very good knowledge of MS Excel.
- Fluency in English.
