Role Overview
- This is a critical position within the FinTech sector, directly impacting customer retention, engagement, and revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in email marketing, automation building, segmentation, and customer journey optimization, with a deep understanding of FinTech and trading-related communication.
Key Responsibilities
- Writing and managing daily email campaigns in Arabic
- Building and optimizing email and CRM automations
- Segmenting data by status, behavior, and audience segments
- Improving CTR (Click-Through Rate) and Open Rates
- Managing upsell and retention campaigns
- Building and optimizing WhatsApp automations
- Writing weekly deals with an understanding of FinTech and trading analysis
- Designing and optimizing full customer journeys
- Working closely with marketing teams to align CRM strategy with business goals
- Managing and optimizing CRM systems
Requirements & Qualifications
- Fluent Arabic (speaking and writing) required or Arabic proficiency at a native level
- High-level English proficiency (reading and writing)
- Proven experience in email marketing and CRM management
- Strong understanding of FinTech and trading industry
- Strong persuasive copywriting skills
- Proficiency in building customer journeys and automation flows
- Experience with WhatsApp automations
- Strong analytical mindset with focus on performance metrics
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, on-site team environment
