Our client is a fast-growing customer-oriented online gaming company based in Limassol and they are looking for customer support agents to join their growing team and assist and support their clients via emails and chat.
Requirements:
- Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Previous customer support experience.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle customer inquiries effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- A customer-focused approach with the ability to handle inquiries professionally.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Availability to work shifts, including weekends and nights (24/7 rotational shifts of 06:00 to 15:00, 12:00 to 21:00, 21:00 to 06:00 (Including weekends).
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide professional and efficient support to players via chat and email and phone.
- Resolve customer inquiries, troubleshoot issues and escalate complex cases when necessary.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products, promotions and policies.
- Assist players with account-related matters, including transactions, bonuses and verification.
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions and follow internal procedures.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, data protection laws and anti-fraud measures.
- Meet performance targets, including response times and customer satisfaction scores.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to improve the overall player experience.
- Identify opportunities for proactive support and suggest improvements based on player feedback.
- Participate in training sessions and continuously develop product knowledge.
- Adhere to company policies and maintain professionalism in all interactions.
- Work assigned shifts, including nights and weekends, as part of a rotational schedule.

- Shift schedule: 24/7 rotational shifts of 06:00 to 15:00, 12:00 to 21:00, 21:00 to 06:00 (Including weekends
- Starting salary 1700 Euro gross / month, plus:
- 35% extra for hours worked on Sundays and for any hours between 23:00 to 06:00
- 15% extra for hours worked on Saturdays, except for 23:00 06:00, which is 35%
