Job Summary
- The company is seeking a proactive and client-focused Customer Success Manager to build and nurture strong relationships with our portfolio of clients. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact, ensuring customers effectively leverage our platform to achieve their business objectives.
- You will play a key role in driving client satisfaction, retention, and growth through strategic engagement and support.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with assigned client accounts.
- Regularly engage with clients to understand their business needs, goals, and strategies.
- Identify opportunities for clients to better utilize Praxis Tech’s software and services.
- Deliver training sessions to help clients maximize platform usage.
- Inform clients about product updates and coordinate training on new features.
- Promote awareness of product features, new releases, and service offerings.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective support and issue resolution.
- Manage the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a seamless experience.
- Act as a client advocate by collecting and communicating feedback internally.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client concerns efficiently.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a related role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build lasting client relationships.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive mindset.
- Ability to understand and explain technical software features clearly.
- Experience in onboarding clients and delivering training sessions.
- Strong customer focus with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
