Our client, a Property Management Company in Cyprus, is looking to hire a Customer Care Officer for one of their developments in Limassol. The Customer Care Officer will be responsible for responding to service enquiries, finding appropriate solutions, resolving complaints and maintaining high customer satisfaction. 

Responsibilities: 

  • Attend to resident’s requests and answer their enquiries.  
  • Provide information about amenities, areas and venues. 
  • Anticipate residents needs and build a relationship with them. 
  • Help with resident Lifestyle requests. 
  • Address residents’ concerns and escalate to Property Management Supervisor when needed. 
  • Record information in the logbook daily. 
  • Ensure compliance with health and quality standards. 
  • Greet residents and visitors, collect mail, call taxis, assist residents with requests. 
  • Sign for deliveries and ensure that all mail and packages are distributed accordingly. 
  • Act as a coordinator in case of an emergency. 
  • Prepare and post announcements. 
  • Answer customers’ questions, calls and emails as well as provide them with the relevant information. 

Requirements: 

  • Previous experience in a customer service role 
  • Excellent knowledge of the Greek and English language, both written and verbal. Knowledge of Russian will be considered an advantage. 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is required. 
  • Able to cope with peak demands and changing priorities. 
  • Enthusiasm to learn/improve skills. 
  • Excellent customer service skills. 
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills. 
  • Excellent communication skills, confident, friendly and outgoing attitude both on the phone and in-person.
