Our client is a Law Firm based in Nicosia and they are looking for a Corporate Administrator.
Responsibilities:
- Access to the electronic system of the Registrar of Companies and preparation and submission of forms and resolutions,
- Access, filling, submissions and updating to Zygos system for corporate entities and trusts,
- Filling to UBO and Trust Public Registries,
- Opening and updating of bank accounts,
- KYC procedures
- Administrative support, managing corporate client files and conducting search as needed. The Corporate Administrator will also be responsible for handling corporate correspondence and communication and supporting the lawyers of the corporate team as needed.
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of Experience in corporate administration services
- Administrative and organizational skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Greek and English
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Experience in Zygos system or equivalent will be an advantage
Working Hours:
- The working hours are Monday - Friday 8am-1pm and 2pm-5pm.
- During June, July and August they finish at 2pm on Fridays
- This is an onsite role.
