Our client, a small Audit Firm in Nicosia that provides bookkeeping, audit, tax planning and consulting services, mainly for international business companies, is looking for a Greek, Russian and English speaking Secretary / Corporate Administrator.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining statutory books i.e. registers of members, directors and secretaries of international companies;
  • Preparation and processing of board resolutions, agreements, powers of attorney, annual returns, etc.; 
  • Ensuring legal documents are processed and handled in a timely and efficient manner in order to comply with appropriate regulations and deadlines. registration of new companies;
  • Filing and archive all documents in compliance with state and federal documentation laws; 
  • Liaison with Banks to open and maintain corporate accounts; 
  • Preparation and filing of forms (HE4, HE57, HE32 etc.)with the Registrar of Companies of Cyprus and recording various changes in the companies' status; 
  • Dealing with compliance and client due diligence.; 
  • Translation of documents (unofficial) 
  • Assisting office and secretarial staff in maintaining files and databases; management all administrative tasks for senior partner 
  • Typing, formatting, amending contracts, letters and other legal documents;
  • Act as liaison between clients and attorneys; coordinating and arranging meetings and diary schedules;
  • Handling email correspondence/couriers. 

Requirements:

  • Experience of at least 3 years in a similar role
  • Full proficiency in English and Russian 
  • Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook, Internet Explorer (or any other internet browsers);
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills;
  • Hard-working, ambitious, motivated.

Working hours:

  • The working hours are 8am - 4pm or 9am - 5pm. Friday afternoon off from 2pm (onsite role).
