Our client is a Service Solutions Provider offering end-to-end support across compliance, operations, financial management, and back-office/verification services for various industries and are currently recruiting for a Compliance Officer to join the team at their Limassol offices.

The compliance services cover regulatory monitoring, policy and procedure development, complaints handling, reporting, and investigations to ensure industry standards are met. The client delivers operational expertise through IT infrastructure support, staff assistance, project planning, and KPI monitoring to boost efficiency and growth. Our financial consultancy includes bookkeeping, payroll, reporting, invoice review, cash flow analysis, tax support, budget preparation, and reconciliations to maintain financial accuracy and compliance. Additionally, we provide back-office support for service providers, including administrative assistance, payroll processing, document management, and specialized management training to strengthen decision-making and optimize performance.

About the Role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Compliance Officer to ensure our organization adheres to all legal standards, internal policies, and industry regulations. You will be responsible for monitoring, advising, and guiding the business on compliance matters to minimize risks and maintain ethical standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and oversee the company’s compliance program.
  • Monitor regulatory changes and update policies accordingly.
  • Conduct compliance risk assessments and audits.
  • Provide training and guidance to employees on compliance-related topics.
  • Investigate and resolve compliance issues, reporting findings to management.
  • Ensure the company meets regulatory obligations in [your industry—e.g., finance, healthcare, manufacturing].

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, Finance, or related field (Master’s or certifications such as CAMS, CCEP, or ICA are a plus).
  • Proven experience as a Compliance Officer, Auditor, or in a regulatory role.
  • Strong knowledge of industry laws, regulations, and ethical standards.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • High attention to detail and integrity.
