Our client, a Property Development Company in Larnaca is looking for a Civil Engineer / Project Manager.
Responsibilities:
- Project management
- Compiling job specifications and supervising tendering procedures
- Tendering Procedures (prepare documents, invite tenders, tender analysis etc)
- Managing budgets, planning and project resources
- Quality control
- Site Coordination
- Safety analyses
- Liaising with clients and a variety of professionals including architects, subcontractors, etc
Requirements:
- BEng in Civil Engineering
- Excellent computer skills
- Fluent in both Greek and English
- Significant working experience of at least 5 years in the construction sector
- Demonstrated knowledge of Civil Engineering principles, practices, and methods
- Proficiency using AutoCAD, Ms. Project, Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of structural analysis software - Fespa will be considered an advantage
- Strong managerial and organizational skills
- Strong work ethic and desire to succeed
- Strong problem-solving and creative skills
- Team working/leadership skills
Working hours:
- The working hours are 08.00-13.00 – 14.30-17.30 (Monday to Thursday), 08.00-16.30 (Friday)
