Our client is a leading International Consulting and Mergers & Acquisitions firm specializing in regulated industries such as fintech, payments, gaming, online trading and digital assets and they are currently recruiting for a Sales Manager for their Corporate Services Department.
Through its global network, our client connects clients with licensing, corporate structuring, M&A opportunities and licensed payment solutions and their Corporate Services activity focuses on worldwide company formation services, matching clients with suitable local services providers and licensed payment solutions, while generating long-term commercial relationships.
Job Summary:
The primary objective of this role is to drive business development initiatives and sales efforts to increase the number of new clients engaging with the company formation activity. The role is business development focused and centered on sales, client acquisition, and expanding the volume of active customers through proactive outreach, relationship building and market engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales: Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy for our corporate services offering. Personally lead high-value deal cycles, from prospecting to closing.
- Business Development & Partnerships: Identify, approach, and secure strategic partnerships that expand our reach, enhance our service offering, and drive revenue growth.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture long-term relationships with senior executives and decision-makers across various industries.
- Marketing Oversight: Plan and manage marketing initiatives to support lead generation and brand positioning, including content strategy, digital campaigns and event participation.
- Collaboration & Reporting: Work closely with internal teams (legal, operations, finance) to ensure service excellence.
Requirements:
- Experience in B2B sales, business development or corporate services
- Strong commercial acumen and strategic thinking
- Self-motivated and driven, with a passion for sales and a results-oriented mindset.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build a portfolio of clientele and influence clients at all levels of an organization
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to lead initiatives from scratch
- Experience in legal, financial, or professional services (preferred)
- Fluent English; other languages a plus
Salary offered
- Lead generation from 1,500 – 2,000 EUR gross monthly
- Business Development / Sales from 4,000-6,000 EUR gross monthly based on experience (For the BD / Sales position the successful candidate will be required to bring a current book of connections / clients )
