An exciting opportunity for a Part-time Bookkeeper is available at one of Larnaca's top expanding Property Development Company.

Your Responsibilities:
- Raise invoices to customers
- Make purchase payments to our suppliers
- Bookkeeping for all companies & Interlink with Accountants
- Petty Cash
- Recording accounting entries
- Monthly Bank Reconciliations
- Preparation of quarterly VAT Return Forms
- Daily monitoring of company’s clients’ funds
- Communicate with payment providers and keep updated records
- Prepare monthly reports for monitoring
- Filing and data entry
- Interlink with Project Manager regarding final approval of tender
- Manage Property Management accounting
Our Requirements:
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience
- Fluency in Greek and English is essential
- 3 day working week or 5 days (8am to 2pm)
