Our client, an IT Services Company, based in Limassol, is currently looking for an experienced and visionary AI Strategy & Implementation Manager to lead their organization's artificial intelligence initiatives. In this pivotal role, you will bridge the gap between technical potential and business value. You will be orchestrating AI adoption across the company, from empowering individual employees with productivity tools to leading complex cross projects and driving a culture of innovation.
Responsibilities:
- Lead AI-focused projects, identify business values with stakeholders, design and implement AI solutions with the technical teams.
- Oversee the lifecycle of AI Proofs of Concept (PoCs)—from ideation and requirements gathering to testing, validation, and full-scale deployment.
- Work closely with InfoSec to ensure all AI initiatives are secure, compliant, and adhering to data privacy standards.
- Lead the evaluation process for new AI tools and platforms, providing clear ROI analysis to executive leadership
- Stay updated on the rapidly evolving AI landscape (trends, regulations, new tools) to ensure our tech stack remains competitive.
- Design and execute internal training programs, workshops, and guidelines to increase AI literacy across the organization.
- Create and maintain an internal "AI Playbook" regarding prompt engineering, data privacy, and ethical usage of AI tools.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in technical program management, product management, or digital transformation, with at least 2+ years specifically focused on AI/ML implementations.
- Ability to see the big picture and align AI projects with company goals.
- A strong understanding of the AI landscape of LLMs.
- Exceptional ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable advice for non-technical employees and executives.
- Experience implementing enterprise-grade AI tools.
- Willingness to "roll up sleeves" to test new tools or train a team member.
