Our client is a Property Development Company in Paralimni and they are looking to hire an Administrative Officer.

Responsibilities:

  • Administrative tasks
  • Invoicing
  • Using excel sheets invoicing 
  • Supporting the sales team (arranging meetings with agents, sending emails etc.)

Requirements: 

  • Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or Personal Assistant (preferably in real estate or related field).
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Knowledge of basic accounting and numbers (budgets, expense reports, invoicing).
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills in both Greek and English (oral and written).
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, follow up diligently, and meet deadlines.
  • Sales support and customer service mindset.

Working hours:

  • Monday – Friday from 9am to 5pm (onsite role)
