Our client is fast-growing regulated online gaming company who are licensed out of U.K and Malta with offices in Cyprus, Israel, and London and they are looking for a motivated and dynamic VIP Account Manager to join their team in Limassol.
Increase our top players' activity, satisfaction and loyalty to our brand
Be involved in improving the overall service to our VIP customers and improving our players' satisfaction across the site
Increase activity of top players
Proactively contact potential and top players
Plan, execute and follow up on promotions
Dealing directly with clients' queries over chat system, e-mail and phone
Interacting with other departments as necessary to meet client's needs
Fluent English is a must. Native English will be considered as advantage.
Able to work 5 days within a week rotation shifts Monday to Sunday (8am - 4pm & 4pm - 12am)
Experience in a similar position/industry preferred but not mandatory
Customer service experience
Sales experience preferred
