Our client, a Company in Limassol that is distributing and selling electronic appliances to retail companies in Cyprus, is looking to recruit a VAD Sales Projects Manager.


Prospect for potential new clients to ensure a robust pipeline and growth of the business
Research and build relationships with new clients
Identify the decision-makers within the client organization and establish connections
Create business proposals based on customer needs and requirements 
Handle objections by clarifying, emphasizing agreements, and working through differences to a positive conclusion
Secure commitments and close deals


University graduate preferably with a Business/Management/Marketing degree
3-5 years of sales or business development experience in the IT solutions sector, own network of business contacts in the sector is an advantage
Ideal candidates should have a project execution background, comprehensive knowledge of the technical part of the IT solutions and appropriate technologies
Team-player attitude with a high comfort level working collaboratively
Excellent negotiation skills
Skills in short-term and long-term planning of purchases and sales
Result orientation, leadership qualities, good analytical skills, systematic approach to work
IT literacy - including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Proficiency in English and Greek

Working hours:

The working hours are Monday to Friday from 9 am - 6 pm (lunch break from 1 pm - 2 pm), but needs to be flexible
