Our client, an international ship management company with offices in Cyprus and throughout Europe and Asia employing over 4000 staff onshore and at sea, is looking to employ a Training Administrator to be based at their offices in Limassol, Cyprus.

Responsibilities:

•           Training

o          Making arrangements for crew trainings globally

o          Maintaining various crew and training databases and programs

•           Accounting

o          Basic accounting -posting of invoices and issuing invoices  

o          General correspondence and communication with the clients and suppliers  

•           Other, reporting

o          Assist in the preparation of quarterly forecasts and yearly budgets

o          Preparation of ad-hoc reports as requested from superiors

Requirements:

•           Good attitude, positive thinking, motivated, quick learner of new work processes / tasks and able to work on self-initiative without supervision

•           Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and high sense of responsibility (spoken and written English).

•           Continuity: Personalities seeking long term career development within a company.

•           Specific role in an assistant or administrator capacity with maritime crew training or HR (crewing), would be ideal.

•           Computer proficiency in word processing, spreadsheets, presentations, communication (MS Office)

•           Previous experience in the maritime industry is an added advantage

•           Holder of a relevant degree will be considered an advantage

Salary & Benefits:

•           Gross monthly salary €1.300 to €1.500

•           Provident Fund entitlement after probation period
