Our client, a Technology Company in Nicosia, is looking to recruit a Trainee Technical Business Development Executive who will play a key role in driving new business growth while also managing existing client relationships. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated individual with a passion for sales and an eagerness to learn. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and ensuring client satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive company growth.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure ongoing satisfaction and repeat business.
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and understand their needs.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions.
- Attend industry events and networking opportunities to expand Geofem’s presence.
Requirements:
- Demonstrated achievement through high-performance behaviours, in any transferable skill, experience, or attribute.
- Self-motivated with a high level of tenacity and drive to succeed.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to understand and explain technical concepts and solutions.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure.
- Experience with CRM software and sales analytics tools is a plus.
- A degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field is also a plus.
Working hours:
- The working hours are 9am – 5pm, Monday to Friday.
