Responsibilities:
Maintain relationships with clients and ensuring that they receive market leading service
Help maintain our high levels of client acquisition, retention, and reactivation
Develop and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients
Ensuring customer satisfaction, professional communication
Promote the Company’s product and services
Educate clients on how to use the company’s trading platforms
Requirements:
Native Spanish
1 -3 years experience as a Senior Account Manager (Retention)
Willing and able to provide an exceptional level of service to clients
Passionate about offering people the best solution for their trading needs
Focused on growing your career in a company that supports your ambition and potential
