Our client is a leading company specializing in innovative software solutions for the agricultural sector and their products help farmers and distributors worldwide operate more sustainably and efficiently. To expand our reach and market presence, my client is looking to recruit a dedicated and self-reliant Spanish- and English-speaking individual to drive our Social Marketing and Business Development forward from their Larnaca-based offices (remote work possible) .
Your Responsibilities:
Social Media & Marketing:
- Develop and implement creative social media strategies, particularly on platforms like TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook.
- Create marketing campaigns that effectively promote our software solutions to farmers and distributors.
- Analyze campaign performance and continuously optimize marketing efforts.
Expanding the Dealer Network:
- Identify and acquire new dealer partnerships in target markets.
- Support and assist existing dealers to ensure long-term collaboration.
- Develop and implement strategies to strengthen and expand our sales network.
Independent Responsibility:
- Organize and prioritize your tasks independently, taking full ownership of your results.
- Proactively plan and implement initiatives without direct team coordination.
Your Profile:
- Language Skills: Fluent in English and Spanish (mandatory). Portuguese is a plus.
- Experience: Proven experience in social marketing, advertising, or sales is required, preferably in software solutions or the agricultural sector.
- Creativity & Analytical Thinking: You combine innovative ideas with a data-driven approach to achieve the best results.
- Independent Work Ethic: You are a "lone warrior" who can work effectively and autonomously.
- Technical Understanding: Interest in or basic knowledge of agricultural challenges and needs is a plus.
