Our client is an international Distributor and they are looking for a Sales Representative/s to drive growth in Cyprus, with additional market development in the evolving Oil & Gas domain.

Responsibilities:

  • Map stakeholders; originate and progress pursuits; manage tenders/RFQs; negotiate T&Cs
  • Position MTU’s value proposition (lifecycle cost, reliability, service ecosystem; such as black start, grid support and frequency response) and craft techno-commercial offers with Applications/Engineering support.
  • Develop and govern agreements, joint pursuit plans and forecasting cadence
  • Track newbuild/retrofit cycles, classification requirements and aftersales opportunities
  • Identify operators, contractors and service niches aligned to our capabilities; produce a prioritized pursuit list
  • Maintain CRM hygiene, rolling 90/180-day forecasts and monthly win-loss reviews; uphold compliance and Code of Conduct standards reflected in RRPS roles.
  • Represent MTU/MPD Cyprus at industry events; deliver customer presentations and technical briefings.

Requirements:

  • Engineering degree (Electrical/Mechanical/Marine/Power Systems or similar); MBA a plus
  • 5 to 8+ years’ technical/solutions sales in marine propulsion, power generation, microgrids/BESS, or adjacent heavy-industry solutions; proven closings of multi-stakeholder projects (EPC/utility/shipyard)
  • Capable of C-suite and engineering conversations; tendering/commercial acumen; partner/EPC orchestration; structured pipeline management
  • Fluent English; Greek strongly preferred
  • Hunter-closer mindset with high integrity; structured, data-driven, and collaborative
