Our client, a Design Consultancy Firm in Limassol, is looking for a Senior Architect to lead project delivery, construction execution, and day-to-day technical operations within the office. This role is positioned at the intersection of design intent and built reality, taking full ownership of technical and construction delivery so that the partners can focus on strategic growth. This is a senior, autonomous role for an architect who brings immediate and measurable value to the practice.
The successful candidate must be capable of operating independently, making sound technical and commercial decisions, and confidently representing the office in both client and site environments. Beyond project execution, this role is expected to add strategic value, raising technical standards, improving delivery processes, strengthening contractor and consultant relationships, and positively influencing the overall performance of the office

For the right individual, there is an opportunity to invest in the company, with a structured long-term plan following two consecutive successful years.
