Our client is a company in the Aviation industry in Larnaca and they are looking for a Senior Air Service Development Officer for their marketing department. The Senior Air Service Development Officer is part of the Aviation Development team of the company which has the overall task and responsibility of growing passenger traffic. This would entail working closely with the airlines, the tourism stakeholders as well as other industry partners and collaborators.
The Senior Air Service Development Officer reports to the Senior Manager Aviation Development, Marketing & Communications. Main areas of responsibility include the analysis, interpretation, reporting and forecasting of data for the preparation of business cases; the handling of the airline incentive schemes in terms of administration and benchmarking of overall traffic performance with competitor airports; assisting in the preparation and monitoring the annual passenger and movement budgets. He /She would also be expected to become familiar and use software systems that the airport is using for accessing data for analysis.
Requirements:
- At least 4 years’ experience in a similar role
- BSc in Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Data Analytics or any other related field
- Previous work experience in a position where extensive analytical work was carried out including but not limited to developing and maintaining big spreadsheets for business analysis is essential.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office, Advanced Excel with extensive use of Formulas. Knowledge of macros will be considered an advantage

Salary:
The company is offering a salary dependent on skills and experience
Working hours:
The working hours are Monday to Friday from 08:30 until 17:00. People can work 30 min more each day to take one afternoon off the week. Or can work 1 or 2 days from home.
